GAhelper is currently distributed as a single .dll file which you can install manually on IIS. No installer is provided, no registration is required.
GAhelper is officially licensed as follows:

$90 per instance of IIS
$350 per enterprise running multiple web servers
You may install and test GAhelper as needed before deciding whether to purchase a license. Your license will apply to all future versions of the product and help support future improvements.
Legally certified not-for-profit organizations may install and use GAhelper on their own websites for free.
